I’m a practical, down-to-earth experienced baker of naturally leavened bread and I’m available to help with all your baking needs. I have over twenty years baking experience, seven years running a home-based microbakery supplying individual and commercial customers, around one hundred doughs in the repertoire, originator of the Bethesdabakin’ annual baking weekends, author and publisher of bread books, sourdough teacher.

Courses can be run in Bethesda, giving you the opportunity to spend a few days in beautiful Snowdonia, or organised in your own premises.
